Ingredients

1 servings
  1. 1salmon fillet
  2. 1garlic clove
  3. 1 bunchraisins
  4. 1carrot
  5. 200 grspinachs
  6. grated parmesan
  7. 1/2 glassmilk (you can use cream if you like it better)
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. 1 bunchalmonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop the carrot and the garlic

  2. 2

    Put some olive oil in a pan and cook them. While chopping the alnonds and the salmon.

  3. 3

    Add the almonds and the raisins and wash the spinachs.

  4. 4

    Add the spinachs and cook for 3 minutes. Season

  5. 5

    Season the salmon with salt and pepper and add it too. Cook for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Add the parmesan and the milk and cook for 3-5 more minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy
