Gather all the ingredients so you can prepare the batter in just a couple of minutes.

First, add the eggs to a bowl, beat them, and then add the yogurt. Mix well.

Add the sugar, oil, and the juice from the orange. Mix well.

Next, add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract if you like.

Finally, add the apple, diced into small cubes. Mix well.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.
