Mix the batter ingredients well, then add the squid and green onion and stir to combine.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, and pour in the batter mixture.

When the bottom is golden brown, crack the egg on top, break the yolk slightly, then flip the pancake over.

After flipping, press the pancake gently and cook until both sides are lightly browned, flipping as needed to cook evenly.

Once cooked, top with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and aonori. Enjoy!
