Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. You can also use pre-cut pieces.
- 2
Add the ○ ingredients to the cut chicken and massage them in.
- 3
Place in a Ziploc bag or cover with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. If you're short on time, you can skip this step.
- 4
Cut the napa cabbage into pieces about 1 1/2 inches (3-4 cm) in size.
- 5
Place the cut napa cabbage in a clay pot. A slightly deep frying pan will also work.
- 6
Arrange the marinated chicken on top of the napa cabbage, trying not to overlap them too much.
- 7
Pour 1/2 cup of water around the edges, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once it starts bubbling, reduce to medium heat and steam for about 15 minutes.
- 8
When the napa cabbage is wilted, it's done.
