《Important!》 Add the agar to the water while it's still cold! Stir well!

Bring to a boil and stir for about 2 minutes, then add the sugar! Dissolve it by simmering.

※ If it's not too much trouble, it's better to warm the milk to body temperature! I usually just add it as is.

Turn off the heat and add the milk, then pour into a container. Add the mandarin oranges from the can to the container. Just the mandarins, discard the juice.

Once it cools slightly, chill in the refrigerator! It will set at room temperature too.

It looks cute in individual containers.

You can use other fruits too! If using non-tart fruits, you might want to reduce the sugar (^O^)

The sugar might seem like a lot, but try making it as is first, and if it's too sweet, adjust the next time! The sweetness diminishes when chilled!
