Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2kilo beef tenderloin
  • 200 gtomato sauce
  • 2 tsptomato paste
  • 1/2 cuppineapple juice
  • 2laurel leaves
  • 4 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1liver spread
  • 1beef cubes
  • 1big potatoes cubes
  • 1big carrots cubes
  • 2bell peppers
  • chili flakes
  • grated cheese (amount depending to your taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil beef for 1 hour or more until tender

  2. 2

    Stir fry potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper and set aside

  3. 3

    Saute garlic, onions, bay leaf

  4. 4

    Put beef and saute until golden brown

  5. 5

    Add chili flakes

  6. 6

    Add tomato paste and tomato sauce

  7. 7

    Add pineapple juice and simmer for 2 minutes

  8. 8

    Add beef broth and let it simmer

  9. 9

    Add liverspread and beef cubes and stir

  10. 10

    Simmer again for 3minutes

  11. 11

    Add your sauteed vegetables and simmer until carrots and potatoes are tender

  12. 12

    Add salt and pepper to taste

  13. 13

    Add grated cheese on top

  14. 14

    Serve :)
