Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbroccoli
  • 1large onion
  • 1 cupdiced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cupshaved carrot pieces
  • 1/2-3/4 cupchicken broth
  • 2 cupsgrated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 canscondensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook onions and mushrooms in a large pot until tender. Add broccoli and carrot and cook until broccoli is tender.

  2. 2

    Pour in condensed soup, Cheddar cheese and broth. Adjust the broth to the consistency that you would like.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
