Ingredients

  1. 1large chicken thigh
  2. Salt and pepper, to taste
  3. 1/2 teaspooncurry powder
  4. 1 tablespoonoil
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1 cancoconut milk
  7. 1/2bell pepper
  8. 1onion
  9. 1-2bay leaves
  10. 2green peppers
  11. 1 cupwater
  12. 1bouillon cube

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder.

    Heat oil in a pan, cook the chicken until browned, wipe off excess oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Add coconut milk, bell pepper, onion, water, bay leaves, and bouillon cube, and simmer for 20 minutes.
