  1. 1 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 1 tbspeach salt and pepper
  3. 5 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 tbspdried Rosemary
  5. 1 tbspdried thyme
  6. 1chopped parsley
  7. 1onion, chopped
  8. 1red bell pepper chopped
  9. 1celery chopped
  10. 6garlic cloves
  11. 1chicken stock
  12. 1chopped tomatoes
  13. 1tomato paste
  14. 1/2potatoes chopped
  15. 1peas

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large pan. Add chicken to the oil and brown both sides

  2. 2

    Then add dried rosemary and thyme

  3. 3

    Add the rest of the vegetables and mix well

  4. 4

    Mix tomato paste with some chicken broth and put it in the pan

  5. 5

    Put the lid on the pan and let it cook for 35 minutes.... Keep adding broth so that it doesnt dry up

  6. 6

    Serve with beard and enjoy :)
