Recipe background: I used udon noodles because I didn’t have champon noodles on hand.

Stir-fry the pork first and set aside. Then stir-fry the seafood, carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts in order. Once cooked through, return the pork to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Combine the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil.

Serve the cooked udon noodles in bowls, top with the stir-fried ingredients, and pour the hot soup over to finish.
