Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make yakisoba with powdered sauce and plenty of cabbage.
- 2
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork. Once the color changes, add chikuwa and cabbage. Once everything is coated with oil, add dashi granules and stir-fry.
- 3
When the cabbage becomes tender, add 2 packets of powdered sauce and stir-fry until the sauce is evenly distributed.
- 4
Now the vegetables are well seasoned.
- 5
Add the noodles. Place the vegetables on top of the noodles as much as possible, allowing the noodles to absorb the moisture from the vegetables while loosening them.
- 6
Once the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce color, add the last packet of powdered sauce. Taste, and if it's too mild, add tonkatsu sauce.
- 7
Turn off the heat, add green onions, and mix until they wilt slightly from the residual heat. Done!
