Ingredients

  1. 1 pcApple (cut small pieces)
  2. 40 gRaisins
  3. 1 TbspLemon Juice
  4. 1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
  5. 1/2 tspClove powder
  6. 1 TbspSugar
  7. ..........................................................
  8. 1 stickButter (113g)
  9. 100 gBrown Sugar
  10. 2 pcEgg
  11. ..........................................................
  12. 140 gAll purpose flour
  13. 1 tspBaking Powder
  14. ........................................................
  15. 2 TbspOrange Juice
  16. ......................................................
  17. 3 TbspJam (any fruits jam)
  18. 1 tspWater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 180°C/350°F, coat the loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

    Combine apple, raisins, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, clove powder, sugar and put it aside.

    Combine dry ingredients, all purpose flour and baking powder and put it aside.

  4. 4

    Put butter and brown sugar into the bowl, and blend well.

  5. 5

    Add eggs one by one and keep mixing.

  6. 6

    Add 3 mixed dry ingredients and lightly mix.

  7. 7

    Add 2 ingredients.

  8. 8

    Add orange juice and lightly mix.

  9. 9

    Pour it into the oil-sprayed loaf pan.

    Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out batter free.

    Mix together fruits jam and water into small bowl, heat 15 seconds with microwave.

    Spread it with brush.

In the city of Kobe, Japan where I grew up, there are a lot of good bakery shops, but after I moved here to Florida in 1997, I missed the tasty breads and Japanese foods so much!
