Yudane Dough:
In a bowl, combine bread flour and hot water. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and let sit at room temperature. - 2
Toasted Breadcrumbs:
Melt butter in a skillet, add panko, and toast until golden brown. - 3
Bread Dough:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine water and sugar. Microwave at 600W for 20 seconds.
Add yeast and 1/3 cup (50g) bread flour, and mix well. - 4
Add the remaining bread flour, salt, and butter. Mix well, then add the yudane dough from step 1.

Knead the dough by pressing with your palm. If the dough is too dry, add a little warm water. If it's still dry, add more bread flour.

When the dough surface becomes smooth, place it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 600W for 20 seconds.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces. Place some curry (microwaved briefly to remove excess moisture) on each piece. Adding cheese makes it even tastier!

Wrap the dough around the curry, pinch to seal, place seam side down, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest in a warm place (like on top of the fridge) for 10 minutes.

Brush the surface with melted butter, coat generously with the toasted breadcrumbs from step 2, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes.
