Dahi Stuffed Mushrooms and Dahi Ke Kebabs

Mix all ingredients except the breadcrumbs until it forms a soft ball. (not sticky)

Place mixture in the refrigerator to firm.

Separate into small ball portions for mushrooms and patties for kebabs and coat them in breadcrumbs.

On medium heat fry in a shallow pan with some oil until both sides are brown.

Serve with onions or chutney. I am still learning to make chutney.
