Ingredients

  1. 1 containercleaned mushrooms without stem (Try to buy big ones)
  2. 2 cupscurd (hung for 6-8 hours)
  3. 1small finely chopped red or green peppers
  4. 1finely chopped onion
  5. 2 Tablespoonschopped green onions
  6. to tasteChopped coriander
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper
  8. to tasteChili powder
  9. to tasteCumin powder
  10. Pinchhing
  11. 1chopped green chili (toddler friendly)
  12. Shredded cheddar and paneer cheese
  13. 2finely chopped garlic cloves
  14. Breadcrumbs
  15. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except the breadcrumbs until it forms a soft ball. (not sticky)

  2. 2

    Place mixture in the refrigerator to firm.

  3. 3

    Separate into small ball portions for mushrooms and patties for kebabs and coat them in breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    On medium heat fry in a shallow pan with some oil until both sides are brown.

  5. 5

    Serve with onions or chutney. I am still learning to make chutney.
