Ingredients

Loaf pan
  1. 400 gyogurt (plain)
  2. 70 gsugar
  3. 1large egg
  4. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  5. 9 tablespoons(about 60g) all-purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C).

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar, egg, and lemon juice. Add the flour and mix until smooth, then pour into the mold.
