In a microwave safe bowl, place all ingredients of the vegetable mixture, cover and microwave for 3 minutes, allow to cool until managable to handle.

In the mean time, cook maggi along with water as per the package instructions, allow to slightly cool.

In a mixing bowl, mix together the vegetable mixture and the cooked maggi.

Make equal sized balls and gently flatten to get a tikki shape.

Brush a heated griddle with oil, place the tikkis, brush the top side with oil, cook over low heat for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Serve with your choice of beverage.
