Mung beans with winter melon tea are already delicious, and adding chewy wide noodles enhances the texture. A refreshing summer treat!

Boil the winter melon tea block with water according to the package instructions, then let it cool.

Rinse 1 rice cup of mung beans and drain. In an inner pot, add 2 rice cups of water and steam the mung beans in a rice cooker. (Use 2 rice cups of water in the outer pot as well.)

In another pot, bring water to a boil and add the wide noodles. Cook for about three minutes or until soft. Drain the hot water, rinse the noodles with cold water, and drain again.

When serving, add some mung beans and wide noodles to a bowl, pour in the winter melon tea, and add some ice cubes (optional). So delicious!
