Prepare all the ingredients.

Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for about 3 minutes. Pour in a small cup of cold water, then bring back to a boil until the noodles are fully cooked. Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water to make them chewy.

Add the noodles to the bowl with the sauce and mix well. Top with the cooked ground pork, shredded cucumber, and crushed peanuts. Sprinkle with cilantro and chopped green onions to finish.
