No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake

A simple recipe that combines the crunchy texture of Oreos with a rich cheesecake!
The story behind this recipe: I wanted to make something special for my parents' wedding anniversary.
Cooking Instructions

Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and line a pan with parchment paper.

Place 8 Oreo cookies in a bag and crush them into fine crumbs. Then, put them in a bowl and add the melted butter.

Mix well, then press the mixture into the pan and smooth it out.

Whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Using the same hand mixer, mix the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the sugar and mix again.

Switch to a rubber spatula, add 6 Oreo cookies and lemon juice, and mix.

Gently fold in the whipped cream you made earlier.

Pour the mixture into the pan, tap it gently to remove air bubbles, and smooth the top.

Coarsely crumble 6 Oreo cookies by hand and sprinkle them on top.

Refrigerate overnight.

Remove from the pan and cut into equal portions!
