Ingredients

7-inch pan
  1. 200 gcream cheese
  2. 20Oreo cookies
  3. 35 gunsalted butter
  4. 200 gheavy cream
  5. 50 gsugar
  6. Lemon juice to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and line a pan with parchment paper.

    Place 8 Oreo cookies in a bag and crush them into fine crumbs. Then, put them in a bowl and add the melted butter.

    Mix well, then press the mixture into the pan and smooth it out.

    Whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

    Using the same hand mixer, mix the cream cheese until smooth.

    Add the sugar and mix again.

    Switch to a rubber spatula, add 6 Oreo cookies and lemon juice, and mix.
