Easy Chicken Katsu Donburi with Store-Bought Chicken Katsu

This recipe is quick and easy because it uses store-bought chicken katsu. My mom taught me how to make it, and I wrote it down for my own reference. The story behind this recipe: I bought a lot of chicken katsu when it was on sale, and after eating it plain, I got tired of it. I tried making it into a donburi (rice bowl), and it turned out delicious!
