Banana Milkshake with Dokudami

金剛座寺

The strong smell of dokudami is almost completely gone. It becomes a refreshing pastel green banana milkshake.
The origin of this recipe
Dokudami, also known as 'ten medicines', is a medicinal herb with various health benefits. I wondered if I could use dokudami growing in the temple grounds for temple cuisine. To mask the taste of dokudami, I came up with the idea of a banana milkshake, and surprisingly, it turned out to be delicious without the dokudami smell.
