Krispy Bhindi is a very delicious recipe which can easily be prepared within minutes. Rich in nutrients and particularly high in vitamin C and Ke, bhindi is liked almost by all food lovers.

First, wash the bhindi (okra) and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Then cut the head and tail part of the bhindi (okra) and discard them.

Now cut the bhindi (okra) vertically into 2 pieces and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add besan, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and little water or as needed. Mix everything well to get a batter of medium consistency.

Dip the bhindi (okra) into the batter, coat them with sooji and keep them in the refrigerator for 8-10 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Deep fry the coated bhindi (okra) on a medium flame until they turn golden and crisp.

Drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

Serve crispy bhindi as a side dish with lunch or dinner.
