Maitake Mushroom Rice for Fall

When fall comes, this simple rice cooked with just maitake mushrooms is delicious.
Background of this recipe:
When my late father would go mushroom picking in the fall, my mother would make this maitake mushroom rice. She would just add soy sauce, sake, and dashi granules without measuring, but it was always so tasty and memorable.
