Drain the oil from the tuna and place it in a bowl. Mash the tuna thoroughly.

Add the mayonnaise and ketchup to the bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, add the cooked rice and sprinkle with white dashi. Mix to combine.

Using plastic wrap, gently shape the rice into onigiri (rice ball) shapes.

Make a small indentation in the center, add the tuna filling, and form into onigiri.

Wrap each onigiri with a sheet of nori.
