Ingredients

2 to 3 servings
  • 3 pcsporkchop cut into squares
  • halfpear squash (sayote) or around 50g
  • 60 gsliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1pork cube
  • challots or white onion
  • 4gloves garlic
  • 1lemon or Kalamansi for marinade
  • to tastesalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade for 15 mins..porkcuts and lemon or kalamansi in 100ml water

  2. 2

    Saute challots/onion and garlic in oil

  3. 3

    Add prokcuts and pork cube let it simmer until the pork juiced.

    Add oyster sauce, shiitake mushroom and the sliced pear squash (sayote) and pepper to taste...let it simmer or 10 mins.
