This is my mom's recipe. When I'm child my mother made this white-pink dumplings on the day of Hinamatsuri girl's festival.

Soak sticky rice in water for 1 hour.

Put a little of red food coloring in half of the rice.

Combine minced chicken with seasoning

Mix well with hand

Make small ball and put rice on it

Steam dumplings in high pressure pan for 5 minutes.

Eat with soy sauce, Japanese mustard and vinegar to taste.
