健康が気になる年代になって、思いついたのが若い頃、自分で作ったドレッシング（以後美味ドレ）を使った料理法です。美味ドレは酢と油と野菜で作る分離型のドレッシングです。それを料理にソースの様に後がけで使えばどうだろうかと！予感は的中！美味ドレの油が美味しさを、酢で熟成された野菜があっさりとした料理に仕上げてくれました。おまけに酢を毎日取る事も簡単に出来るんです。この健康に良い料理法はお奨め出来ます。
