In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, brown sugar, oil, cocoa powder, and eggs. Beat until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the flour and continue beating.

Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it with flour. Pour in the batter and bake at 520°F (270°C) for 25 minutes.
