Preheat oven to 400 F

Trim asparagus, quarter potatoes, and slice red peppers thin

Toss the veggies in olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper and garlic, sprinkle red pepper and lemon juice to taste

Bake for 15 mins toss and bake for an additional 15-25 mins

While the veggies are cooking, prep chicken

In a hot pan with a little oil and butter sauté garlic and onion with a splash of lemon juice

Season chicken generously with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, lemon juice and sprinkle with red peper

Seat well on both sides then put it in the Oven until the veggies are done

Everything should finish together
