Steps
- 1
Wash the spinach and wrap it loosely in plastic wrap. Place it in a microwave-safe dish and heat in the microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds, then rinse under cold water.
- 2
Squeeze the spinach to remove excess water, then pat dry with paper towels and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- 3
In a bowl, mix ingredients labeled A, then add the spinach and mix well.
- 4
Add the hard-boiled eggs, breaking them up roughly as you mix everything together. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
