For Bento Box Color: Edamame Skewers

Perfect for bento boxes! Just skewer edamame for a cute, colorful, and easy-to-eat addition. Great when you don't want to bother boiling leafy greens.
Recipe background:
I make bento lunches for my daughter’s part-time job. I usually add spinach or broccoli for a pop of green, but when I don’t feel like boiling veggies, I use this! In winter, I use chilled edamame from the convenience store.
