Ingredients

Cooked chickpeas
1 cansmooth hummus
3 clovesgarlic
4 tablespoonsplain yogurt (about 60 ml)
3 tablespoonstahini (about 45 ml)
Lemon juice, salt, cumin
2-3 piecespita bread (or to taste)
Chickpea broth
Clarified butter (ghee)

Steps

Cut the pita bread into cubes and place them in a baking dish. Pour a little chickpea broth over the bread so it soaks in.

Make the sauce by mixing garlic, tahini, yogurt, chickpea broth, 1 tablespoon of smooth hummus, lemon juice, salt, and cumin. Mix well, then pour the sauce over the bread.

Spread a layer of smooth hummus on top. Heat the clarified butter (ghee) until hot, then pour it over the dish. Garnish as desired and serve.
