Take a wok, add milk, place it on low flame, let it boil.

Take another pan, add 2 tbsp ghee, heat it. Add vermicelli, stir fry it on low flame until light brown. Turn off the flame, keep aside.

Transfer the fried vermicelli in the milk as soon as it starts boiling, keep the flame low.

Fry nuts in 1 tbsp ghee till light brown, add in the milk, mix it well.

In goes condensed milk, kewra water, rose water & elaichi powder, mix it well.

Cook it stirring on low flame for 15 minutes or until a lil thick.

Turn off the flame, allow it to cool down a bit. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with few nuts.
