Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 2 packscooked udon noodles
  • 2–3.5 oz (50–100 g) thinly sliced pork
  • 1 stalkgreen onion (scallion)
  • 1/3-1/2 packshimeji mushrooms
  • 3–5 tbsp (about 50–80 ml) sukiyaki sauce
  • 1 dashsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsesame oil (for stir-frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the green onion on a diagonal and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.

  2. 2

    Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and stir-fry until cooked through. Add the green onion and continue to stir-fry.

  3. 3

    Add the cooked udon noodles and sukiyaki sauce. Stir-fry everything together until well mixed.

  4. 4

    When the sukiyaki sauce has mostly evaporated, taste and add more sukiyaki sauce if needed. Adjust the flavor with soy sauce, then serve.
