A recipe that has been passed down for several generations

This is adapted from Nigel Slater's Faggot Slice. We've had it hot and cold with chutney. Equally tasty. :-)

I leave this loose and eat it for breakfast with scrambled eggs kind of a heuvos rancheros style I add salsa and avocado and sour cream on the side

This stuffing is what I always used to have with Christmas dinner when I was growing up. I got this recipe from my mum and the ingredients have always stayed the same. I usually use 2 tubes of sausagemeat and half a loaf but I had a load of people around for Xmas dinner so needed extra. Put in what you think will be enough in all the herbs, I always guess what I need. The servings are approx. Delicious hot or cold,

These meatballs are quick to put together and are tender and juicy and really flavor packed, I used the hot itlalian sausage with the beef and they had a great moderate heat that was a amazing taste change from a basic meatball. They are great with pasta, served in a roll or sliced in a sandwich or on a pizza

These meatballs are very moist, garlicky, and juicy with a great beef flavor. They can be used any way you would like; in a marinara sauce, in a sub or slider. As an appetizer. Sliced on pizza or a sandwich. There are endless uses for them ! I do not like dense meatballs so I think the use of the croissants and heavy cream help make these soft and moist.
