Ingredients

  1. 1 clovegarlic
  2. 100 grocket
  3. 1 tspcapers
  4. Pinchchilli flakes or ground chilli
  5. 50 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince the garlic and fry in some olive oil until slightly golden

  2. 2

    Add in the rocket, capers, and chilli. Pour in the water and cover. Let it steam for 3minutes. Drain the water. Enjoy!

  3. 3

    This dish can be turned into an excellent sauce for polenta or pasta by adding 100ml of tomato passata.
