Gather all the ingredients. Turn on the stove and heat a pan. Once hot, add 1 teaspoon ghee, then add the dry fruits and lightly roast them. Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining ghee to the same pan. Add the vermicelli and roast, stirring, until golden brown. Turn off the heat. In a heavy-bottomed pan, pour in the milk and simmer until it thickens slightly.

Once the milk has thickened, add the sugar and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the roasted vermicelli, mix well, cook for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.

Add some of the roasted dry fruits to the kheer and reserve some for garnish. The delicious sweet seviyan kheer is ready.

Take a serving bowl, pour in the kheer, and garnish with the reserved sliced almonds and raisins. Serve as a dessert. This seviyan kheer turns out very tasty.
