Lenten honey pie in a multicooker

Pie without eggs and milk. It has a honey aroma and is very delicate. Try with different jams. I have homemade black currant jam.

Steps
- 1
Pour boiling water over tea bags. Let it brew for 10 minutes.
- 2
Sift flour, add sugar, soda and vegetable oil.
- 3
Wring out the tea bags and discard. Add honey to the tea leaves. Mix well and pour into flour mixture. Using a mixer, stir well until smooth.
- 4
Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Pour out the dough. Close the lid and set the “Baking” mode for one hour. I have 160 degrees.
- 5
After baking, let sit in the bowl for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on the counter.
- 6
Cut the cake into two layers. Coat both parts with any jam (I used homemade blackcurrant jam). Serve with tea.
