  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 2banana
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tbspdry fruits kaju,badam and raisins
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 3-4 strandskesar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the pan on gas add ghee and fry the dry fruits pieces,take it out,now add semolina and roast it on low flame for 5 to 6 mins

    Smash the banana with fork

    In another pot warm the milk on low flame add kesar

    When warm aroma comes from semolina (5-6min),now add smashed banana and mix it well,now add sugar and dryfruits,mix it well now add warm milk and stirr well add cardamom powder

    Put the lid pan on low flame cook it for 2 min and serve the banana halwa
