Barnyard Millet Upma
Steps

Wash millet 2-3 times with water. Soak it in water for 30 mins.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add jeera, green chilli, ginger,curry leaves, chilli ginget paste, groundnuts. Add grated bottle gourd and soaked millet.

Mix it well. Add water and salt
Take a boil. - 4
Put it in a pressure cooker and cook it for 2 whistles at medium flame.

Let the pressure release. Garnish with coriander and enjoy with curds or green chutney.

Here I'v made farali (fasting) version. But you can add veggies and spices of your choice.
