Falhari Dahi Vada
Steps

Start by steaming the barnyard millet and potatoes each for five whistles.

Mash them together and add salt as per your taste. Make small vada out of the mashed mixture and coat with some tapkir. (use tapkir for binding also if required)

Fry the vadas till they turn slight golden. Let them cool down.

In a bowl, add the curd along with sugar powder amd whisk to form smooth consistency.

For plating, add 3 to 4 vada to a plate and add smooth dahi generously. Sprinkle some kishmish along with salt, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder and coriander. Serve and enjoy ✨
