Steps

In a pressure cook add all the veggies large pieces. Add water, onion and cashews a small piece of paneer and cook for 2whistles.

Remove cauliflower carrots and chopped them. Remove the skin of tomato. Blend tomato water,cashews, piece of paneer and onion

Now in a handi, add butter, ginger garlic paste and saute. Now add the gravy paste and all the spices and mix well. Add vegetables and paneer.

Add butter and seal the handi and cook on low flame for about 10minutes.

Add fresh cream or coriander and serve hot with naan or parathas
