Ingredients

  • 3eggs + 1 Egg Yolk
  • 140 gBrown Sugar
  • 12 CLCrème fraiche
  • 20 gCorn Starch
  • 130 gAlmond Powder
  • 2Pears
  • 125Blueberries/Red Berries

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

  2. 2

    Whip eggs and yolk, adding brown sugar. Whip in the crème fraiche. Add the corn starch and almond powder.

  3. 3

    Pour into a buttered cake pan. Cut slices of peeled pears and place in dough on the bottom of cake pan. Add the berries.

  4. 4

    Bake for 30-40 minutes
