Clean and marinate chicken legs with buttermilk,ginger garlic paste.red chilli powder,haldi, salt.for 2 hr or overnight

Grind onions to paste adding whole garam masala and zeera and dhania. Heat oil in a pan shallow fry the leg pieces till cooked.take out keep aside. In the same oil add the onion paste.when half cooked add dry masala once again.

Add tomatoes paste,Cook till oil separates add kasuri methi and remaining buttermilk from marination.add leg piece.

Cook till oil is seen add cream and sugar optional.
