Cut the pepper in half taking the top off and all the seeds and white.

Once the frozen vegetables have defrosted give them 10 minutes on air-fry setting. Then start filling the peppers with the cabbage, steamed vegetables add rice, corn then, on top, the lentils and pinto beans with q quinoa.

Spray over with oil, add salt and pepper.
Then cook a further 20 minutes.
The pepper 🌶️🫑 will be nice and soft.
You can add cheese if you want.
