In a big ball take wheat flour added with two tablespoon ghee

Knead the dough with water

The dough consistency must be hard

Keep it aside for 15 minutes then take a dough and roll it with rolling pin

Cut small squares

Now heat the oil in the kadai Andy fry this squares on slow flame

When it get brown in colour take it out from the oil

Fry all squares and keep it aside and let it cool

Now take a mixture jar and grind this all squares make a powder consistency

Now deep fry gond on medium flame

Now add gond, dry fruits and cardamom powder in prepared mixture add ghee and make balls or laddu

Stick wirk and wrap in small polythene bags

And here's gond muthiya laddu are ready
