This is an easy two way Chutney. Made with just a few simple ingredients and raw Papaya, it's absolutely flavourful. This can be done even without tempering. In such case, where no tempering is done, just add two tablespoon of Oil while sauteeing the Papaya. It tastes equally yummy both the ways.
Not only is it done quickly, it is quite handy too. It goes along very well with simple meals. It can stay good upto 5 days if refrigerated.
Simple and comfort food by all means. It is too good. Try it for your next meal. You will love it every bit. It can be stored and relished with simple homemade Rotis or Chapatis too. And a piping hot plate of boiled Rice also tastes heavenly with this amazing Chutney or Condiment.
Indians can't do without Condiments, Pickles or Chutneys. This beautiful looking Chutney is an addition to that big list. Relish it's superb taste and texture plus flavour and aroma.

Heat oil and saute onion until translucent. Also add dry red chillies. The chillies can be adjusted according to one's own choice. Add washed and peeled raw papaya cubes.
- 2
Add salt and saute everything well until the raw smell fades away. Set aside to cool.
- 3
Grind to a perfect texture. Adjust salt if required. Ready the tempering as per the ingredients mentioned.
- 4
Pour over the chutney and mix. Relish it alongside steaming hot plate of freshly done plain boiled Rice. It's absolutely yum.
Enjoy!
