Wash and pat dry all the vegetables. Chop, dice or cut them into required sizes. Set aside.

To the lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Red chilli flakes too can be added if desired.

Now add all the veggies to a serving bowl. Top with the lemon juice dressing. Toss until well combined. That's it. It's all ready to be enjoyed.
