2 tbspdried ginger
2 tspfennel seed
1 tspground cardamom
1/2 tspfreshly ground allspice
1/2 tspfreshly ground star anise
1/2 tspfreshly ground clove

Grind fennel, allspice, star anise and clove in spice grinder.

Add ginger and cardamom, grind until blended well.
