Healthy Wheat Boli (coconut and nuts stuffed)

Take a bowl and add 1 1/2 cup wheat flour and knead the dough as it will be for roti and keep it aside.

Take a kadai and and add 3 spoons of ghee to it. Now add the grated coconut into the kadai and fry for 5 min under low flame.

Now add 1 cup powdered jaggery and fry till the jaggery melts into the coconut mixture. And now add the 1/2 cup of nuts to the mixture and mix well. Kepp aside the mixture.

Now take the wheat dough and make medium size balls. Press the balls between your hands slightly. In the middle place one spoon full of the coconut mixture and close it.

Now roll the dough on a plane surface like yoi do for roti. But remeber not to over press it. Now toast the Boli on a pan using ghee on both sides. Now your healthy wheat bolis are ready to eat. Serve it hot with ghee.
